DO YOU SUPPLY THE ALCOHOL?

Due to strict laws and regulations we are not legally able to provide the alcohol for your event. However, when you book our Well Crafted package our bar partners will provide you with a shopping list to guide you in purchasing the correct quantities and types of alcohol needed for your event.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND WILL YOU TRAVEL?

We are currently located in Yucaipa, California and YES we will of course travel wherever you want us. We love road trips! There will be a travel fee applied to any package outside our 75 mile service area, but trust us- its well worth it! Get in touch with us and we can talk details! We have done San Diego Events, Orange County Events, San Bernardino Events, and look forward to serving all of Southern California.

WHAT ARE THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BAR?

Flat ground and clear space for set up, service and breakdown are best. If you booked us for an event at a location that does not have access to electricity we can add a generator to your package for an additional fee.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO WE NEED TO BOOK?

Earlier is of course always better as peak season typically books up relatively quickly, but cancellations are possible so its worth reaching out to see what we have available.

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY?

A non-refundable $250 deposit will be required to secure your date. Events cancelled within 30 days of an event can not be refunded. The complete payment will be due 10 days prior to the event date.

DO YOU HAVE A RAINY DATE POILCY?

Due to the advance nature of booking, we can not accommodate rain dates. It is the hosts responsibility to provide tent covering for the bar in the case of inclement weather. We are happy to work alongside your tent vendor to ensure the appropriate size tent for your event.

CAN I RENT THE MOBILE BAR FOR SOMETHING OTHER THAN DRINKS?
